We will get back to you ASAP concerning your order with a total amount. When the order is confirmed you will receive an invoice via Paypal that you can pay without having a paypal account. You can pay with a credit card by following the link on the invoice.
Angela can also take credit card payment via The Village Emporium shop by an agreed-upon telephone call.
Non-credit card payment - certified bank cheque or international money order in Canadian or US funds only. No personal cheques accepted. Order will ship only after cheque or money order is received.

We will not be responsible for lost parcels if there is no tracking number. You will receive an email when parcel is shipped and given the tracking number should you pay for one.

Broken items:
Returns will be accepted for non-elastic products within 30 days provided the broken item (with as many pieces as possible) is mailed back. Item will be replaced and returned to you free of charge. Copy of receipt must be included to confirm the 30 day period. No money refunded.

Cost of shipping is non refundable.

OUT OF COUNTRY CHARGES:
Customers outside of Canada are responsible for any duty and tax incurred by receiving their product.
Please note - silver beads in our jewellery is NOT STERLING SILVER. Should you have a metal allergy please order an item without silver. Earwires for earrings are surgical steel.
